Terms and Conditions for AutoSendPilot Email and SMS Marketing Software
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) form a legal agreement between you (referred to as "Customer" or "You") and AutoSendPilot ("Company" or "We") for the use of the AutoSendPilot Email and SMS Marketing Software ("Service" or "Software"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Account Registration
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login information.2.4 You will not transfer or share your account credentials with any third party.
Use of the Service

Payment and Fees
5.1 You agree to pay the fees specified by the Company for the use of the Service.5.2 The Company reserves the right to update and revise the fees at any time, with prior notice to the Customer.5.3 All fees paid are non-refundable.
Privacy and Data Usage
6.1 The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.6.2 By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.7.2 The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the preceding six months.
Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason with prior notice.8.2 Upon termination, your access to the Service will be deactivated, and you will lose all data associated with your account.8.3 The provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall survive.
Amendments
9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with prior notice to the Customer.9.2 Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located. The parties agree to submit any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
